Faster and more free revving engine character. This lightweight clutch and flywheel combination provides faster, crisper engine response and improves heel/toe downshifts. The limited slip differential provides better traction and higher cornering speeds before break away from grip to slide.
Significantly shortens the lever throw, for faster more accurate changes.
Fit factory dual mass flywheel instead of lightweight flyhweel. Engine responsiveness will be reduced but easier clutch operation for start/stop commuter travel.
Replaces factory Intermediate shaft bearing which are known to fail and cause engine damage, with extensively tested upgraded ceramic bearing. Low temperature thermostat opens earlier to allow lower oil temperatures in conjunction with a 3rd radiator. Waterless coolant has no water content and a higher boiling point to minimise damage from micro-boiling on engine internals. Deep sump extension kit prevents oil surge on sustained hard cornering, this helps minimize oil starvation and engine damage.
Engine rebuild with significant work to the top end. Cylinder heads re-machined, polished and ported with high lift 'Stage 1' cams fitted. This power upgrade also adds further engine protection and minimises the opportunity for top end failures associated with valve train or valve seat failure.
Distinctive CSR twin silencers with the classic CSR soundtrack. Bespoke internal design that minimises boom but maximises sound when on full throttle application. Free flowing exhaust for better throttle response. Built from lightweight materials.
CSR EVO sound track gives a completely distinct sound to this system. Increased torque throughout the rev range, contructed from lightweight motorsport grade materials, Cup car entre exit design and 9kg weight saving. Optional additional track day silencer tips can be fitted to this system for quieter track days. This system requires a mk2 rear bumper fitment.
